Being in clinical nutrition field for more than 15 years with various acute care hospital experience in New York City, she has rich experience in medical nutrition therapy with a particular focus on cardiovascular disease, diabetes, cancers, gastrointestinal diaease, weight management, eating disorders, and food allergies. She provides evidence-based, professional advice on eating and lifestyle behaviors to help patients optimize their nutritional wellbeing and quality of life. Before joining American-Sino, Katrin worked at a private nutrition practice in NYC and well-known private hospitals in Shanghai providing nutrition sounseling and and dietary management services. She became a professionaly-trained chef specializing in supportive health cooking at the Natural Gourmet Institute, NYC.
