Dr. Shimeng Gao holds a Doctor of Physical Therapy degree from Mount St. Mary's University in Los Angeles, USA, and is a licensed physical therapist in California. Furthermore, Dr. Gao is a pelvic floorⅠclinician qualified by Herman & Wallace, USA.

Working Experience：

Dr. Shimeng Gao grew up in her mom's yoga studio, she strives to integrate western evidence-based physical therapy science with eastern yoga philosophy and mindfulness, supporting all genders with pains and dysfunctions. She's relatively new to Shanghai community, arrived in late 2021 from LA.

In her clinical hours, Dr. Gao sees not only female patients, but also works with male patients for their pelvic health issues. No matter what you are experiencing physically right now, she's passionate to help you throughout the recovery journey.

Besides her extensive professional experience in the field of physical therapy, Dr. Gao is a certified yoga instructor by the Yoga Alliance, and holds personal trainer certifications from NASM & TRX.
